Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 9–19 days after dispatch anywhere in Australia. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do I get tracking? Yes, every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Why do some orders arrive as two parcels? Multi-item orders are sometimes packed separately at the warehouse. You'll get tracking for each parcel at no extra cost.
Products
Which pets are your products for? Our range is designed for dogs and cats. Each product page shows which pets it suits, along with sizing and measurements.
How do I choose the right size? Check the measurements on the product page and compare them with your pet. For beds, measure your pet from nose to tail while they're lying down and add a little extra room. For collars, measure around the neck and allow two fingers' space.
What are your products made of? Each product page lists its materials. We ask our suppliers for material information before we add a product to our range.
How do I clean them? Care instructions are listed on every product page. Many of our bowls, toys and accessories can be wiped clean.
Are toys safe to leave with my pet? Always supervise your pet with a new toy, choose a size that suits them, and replace any toy that's damaged or worn.
Returns
Something arrived damaged. What now? Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it, postage included. Change-of-mind returns get 30 days. The full policy is on our Returns & Refunds page.
