Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Australia.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Delivery: typically 9–19 days after dispatch to Australian addresses. Our products ship from an international warehouse, which is how we keep prices fair — and why they're not next-day.
- Peak periods: please allow extra time around Christmas, Easter and major sale events. Ordering gifts? We suggest ordering at least 4 weeks ahead in November–December.
Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. Bundles and multi-item orders may occasionally arrive as more than one parcel — you'll get tracking for each.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. There are no hidden handling fees.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at the email on our Contact page and we'll chase it, replace it or refund it.
